By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction or that you are using the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

The App may use artificial intelligence technologies to analyze images and identify sports cards.

Results generated by the App are automatically produced and may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.

The App is intended to provide informational assistance only. Scan results should not be relied upon as definitive identification, valuation, or authentication of sports cards.

Users are encouraged to independently verify information obtained from the App.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional subscription-based features.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payments are processed through the app store where the App was downloaded.
  • Subscription management, billing, and cancellation are handled by the respective app store.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their app store account settings.

The developer does not collect or store payment information.

8. Accuracy of Results

The App uses image recognition technology to identify sports cards.

Although the App is designed to provide helpful results, the developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scan results.

Users should verify important information independently.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and functionality associated with the App are the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights in the App or its technology.

10. Sports Card Trademarks Disclaimer

Sports leagues, teams, trading card manufacturers, and other related entities may hold trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights associated with sports cards.

Sporty: Sports Card Scanner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, trading card manufacturer, or card grading company.

All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

11. App Store Compliance

If the App is downloaded from an application marketplace such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the user acknowledges that:

  • These Terms are between the user and the developer, not the app store provider.
  • The app store provider is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • The app store provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

Users must also comply with the terms of service of the respective app store when using the App.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Incorrect scan results
  • Financial losses
  • Device issues
  • Service interruptions

Use of the App is at the user’s own risk.
